Paris Hilton

The always chic heiress Paris Hilton spent two days on the beach in Malibu, CA last week shooting her first video for "Stars Are Blind," the lead-off single from her self-titled debut album to be released this Fall on Warner Bros. Records.
The video was directed by Chris Applebaum, who also lensed Rihanna's "S.O.S.," Natasha Bedingfield's "Unwritten" as well as Hilton's flirtatious Carl's Jr. campaign.

The reggae-tinged "Stars Are Blind" will be released internationally in early June with the album to follow worldwide in the fall. Collaborators on the album include producers such as hip-hop's reigning hit-maker Scott Storch (50 Cent, Beyoncé), J.R. Rotem (Rihanna) and Dr. Luke (Pink, Kelly Clarkson). Paris also worked with songwriting heavyweights such as Kara DioGuardi (Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, Ashlee Simpson), Billy Steinberg (Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, The Pretenders) and Sheppard Solomon (Natalie Imbruglia). The sonics were handled by Grammy winning mix engineers Tony Maserati (Black-Eyed Peas, Beyonce) and Serban Ghenea (Kelly Clarkson, Justin Timberlake, Pink).
